Upon account termination, all pending bets will be settled, and any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonuses and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to you, provided you have complied with all terms and no fraudulent activity has occurred. kps4d reserves the right to withhold funds if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities pending investigation.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account within 30 days. After this period, kps4d may charge an administrative fee for processing dormant account closures.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
